Job Description
As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will be immersed in a dynamic banking environment where your ability to collaborate across departments will be essential. You will support experienced relationship managers in delivering outstanding service to clients by managing accounts effectively and promoting a range of financial products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building trust-based relationships within the financial sector
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks governing banking activities in Taiwan
- TOEIC 750 or above in English
- N2 or above in Japanese
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Stakeholder management expertise
- Sound understanding of local finance laws and regulations
