Assistant Vice President, Business Transformation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting (strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory)
• Strong project management experience
• Strong understanding of safe and responsible AI technologies and their application in financial services
• Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical and structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
