Job Description
Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking an Associate - GCBDA Credit Management to join their team in Mumbai, India. The successful candidate will support management in setting up and stabilizing the newly formed Regional Credit Management function, providing governance support and coordinating strategic project deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years work experience in project management/ regional function management in credit risk vertical
- Experience in stakeholder management and an ability to build partnerships
- Ability to multitask and work on large/ complex data sets and reporting
- Good understanding of credit principles, Risk Weight Assets, Ratings, Credit Costs, Credit systems (financial spreading, credit write ups including AI, covenant management etc)
- Experience in coordinating projects aimed at centralization, standardization and efficiency improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, data, presentation and report writing skills
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities, completing milestones, and working toward multiple deadlines simultaneously across time zones
