Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in sponsor coverage or leveraged buyout environments within major financial institutions or equivalent settings.
• Demonstrated success working with global investors to structure and deliver complex financing solutions.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a history of guiding teams towards shared objectives.
• Extensive private equity experience specifically within East Asia markets.
• Collaborative mindset paired with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling you to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comprehensive understanding of credit analysis methodologies and current financing trends in Asian markets.
• Creative approach to problem-solving with ability to manage risk effectively.
