Requirements

• Leadership role in developing and growing a market-leading franchise in capital structuring and rating advisory services
• Negotiation of mandate letters, development of information memoranda, financial structuring and analysis, and negotiations with funders
• Managing client relationships, internal stakeholders, and other related parties
• Developing and training others in rating methodology, processes, and issues
• Proactive identification of potential opportunities, preparation and presentation of proposals and materials
• Participation in business development, structuring, and execution
