We are seeking a Vice President, Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and support to our corporate and investment banking business in APAC. The successful candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of legal framework surrounding finance transactions and be able to manage heavy workloads and tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Common law qualified lawyer
- 5+ years of post-qualification relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of legal framework surrounding finance transactions
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
