Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent from an accredited educational institution
• Active/in good standing membership/license to practice law in specific location or region
• LLM, Solicitor or Barrister training where relevant
• Proven experience providing strategic legal advice and support across corporate and commercial practice areas
• Experience providing both advisory services and transactional in-house counsel work within a large financial services, investment bank or other highly regulated industry
• Relevant corporate governance qualification/experience where relevant
• Experience in managing legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions is preferred
