Field Manager, Landscape Enhancement

We're a growing company that specializes in landscaping and want to hire a Field Manager to lead our team in Omaha. You'll be responsible for managing a small team, providing feedback, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years landscape crew leader experience
• Spanish and English language skills, preferred
• A driven leader who anticipates problems early and promotes getting the job done right
• A supportive leader who can independently coordinate the activities of multiple landscape crews
• Experience leading a team in landscape, property management, custodial service, or other like spaces
• 3+ years of safe driving experience
