Job Description
As an Operations Team Member at Mulhalls Garden + Home, you will support customers by making it seamless to get their merchandise, handle tasks necessary to keep the retail machine moving, and model our Customer Journey.
Requirements
- Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget-Me-Nots, and Close the Deal
- Maintain the availability necessary to cover all critical zones
- Support our Front-End Team during backups at the cash registers
- Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists
