Job Description
We're Hiring: Health, Safety & Environmental Manager. As Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, you will create and embed a culture of HSE excellence that enables our people to deliver targets whilst continuously improving the performance of our business.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- IOSH membership
- An environment qualification such as AIEMA
- H&S auditing /training qualification
- Previous Health & Safety experience within a food manufacturing, FMCG food or related environment
- Strong track record of frontline engagement on the production floor
- Practical experience with accident investigation, risk assessments and day to day HSE delivery
- Understanding of food manufacturing operations, including hygiene zones, allergens and fast moving machinery
- Hands on, people focussed leadership style
- Able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
- Confident working in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
