Job Description
We are looking for an Inhouse Consultant SAP HCM to support and optimize our international SAP-HCM-system landscape with a focus on PA, PY, and PT. The role involves analysis and development of personnel management processes and schemes, customizing, error analysis, and creation of statistics, as well as control and implementation of HCM projects.
Requirements
- SAP-HCM consultant certification
- Practical experience in at least one focus module (PA, PY, PT)
- In-depth understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Excellent German and English skills
- High flexibility and agility in the dynamic HR-IT environment
