You will advise and support internal customers in implementing salary-related processes in SAP HCM on premise. You will also customize with a focus on the reimbursement schema, including ABAP development, and develop existing HCM Payroll processes.
Requirements
- Professional or university degree with a focus on IT or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM on premise with a focus on SAP HCM Payroll
- Experience in payroll customizing, deepening of schema and rules, ABAP
- Knowledge of solutions in the field of SAP HR on premise and ideally knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems
- Structured, independent and at the same time communicative way of working in a team
- Very good German and English skills
