We are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our Market Drayton site, producing a quality product and meeting specifications according to procedures. Shift Pattern is 4 on 4 off, with a starting salary of £31,079 and potential to rise up to £33,906 through training and competency framework.

• Production machine experience
• Technical Processing Plant operative knowledge
• Food manufacturing environment experience
• Basic Food Hygiene qualification/experience
• Health & Safety Knowledge/Training
• Mechanical Handling Equipment experience
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Teamwork & Collaboration
• Good communication skills
