Job Description
Join the Theo Müller Group as a Quality Improvement Manager in Freising near Munich. We are looking for someone to support incident analysis, organize experience exchanges, and implement standards on site. Your role will involve continuous improvement of QM processes, Lean Management, and leading QM projects.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in food technology/chemistry or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of work experience in quality management/performance management
- Practical knowledge in food technology/chemistry and/or Lean/Continuous Improvement
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
