We are looking for a Shift Leader Maintenance at our Leppersdorf site. The ideal candidate should have a completed training as a Mechatronics Engineer, Electronics Engineer, or Industrial Mechanic, or a comparable qualification. The candidate should have a deep understanding of technical principles and a high level of competence in the operation of production equipment.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees
• Fault removal process according to established processes
• Compliance of operational regulations
• Monitoring compliance of QM Handbook, work and fire safety guidelines, and hygiene regulations
• Optimization of work processes
• Communication of deviations to supervisor and affected departments
• Maintenance of production equipment
• Management of inventory
• Coordination of maintenance activities
