Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to join our high-performing team at the Market Drayton Butter Plant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineering Technician or Shift Technician to step into a role where they can make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Completion of a recognised engineering apprenticeship
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Engineering Technician, or Shift Technician in a fast-moving manufacturing or logistics setting
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills (HNC level or equivalent)
- Familiarity with automation and CI tools is a plus
- Solid background in maintenance and reliability engineering
