Superintendent, Site Development

Requirements

• Manage multiple crews and sites throughout the DC Metro (DC/VA/MD)
• Read civil plans, proposals, change orders and scope related documents
• Communicate with clients and office team
• Operate excavator, skid steer and bulldozer
• Have a valid Driver's License
• Ability to access secured sites
• OSHA 30
• Knowledge of site work/utility work
• Understand county codes for our work regions
• Safety knowledge
