E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

Müller's Solutions is seeking an E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that our e-learning products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and delivery of engaging and effective online learning experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and testing of e-learning products or digital education platforms.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC compliance.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with usability testing and user experience (UX) design is a plus.
