We are looking for a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to help clients optimize their customer relationship management processes through the effective implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a functional consulting capacity
• Proven knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
• Strong business analysis skills to effectively document and translate user requirements into CRM solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs
