MS Power Platform - Technical Consultant

Müller's Solutions is in search of a highly experienced Microsoft Power Platform Technical Consultant with a strong background in automation. The position entails designing and implementing Power Platform solutions that integrate with Dynamics 365, retail systems, and external APIs, with an emphasis on enhancing efficiency in customer operations.

Requirements

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with security and governance standards.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) Power Automate (Cloud Flows & RPA Desktop Flows) Power Pages AI Builder & Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solution designs and documentation.
• Configure environment strategy, ALM pipelines, and security roles using best practices for governance and maintainability.
• Automate retail operations such as stock reconciliations, sales reporting, loyalty workflows, and customer service alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments and provide Level 2/3 support post- deployment.
• Stay updated with Microsoft’s roadmap and local market needs to continually innovate client offerings.
