Quality Control Engineer

Quality Control Engineer will implement and manage quality control processes, conduct inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality throughout the production lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies (manual and automated).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, or Postman.
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in Agile development environments.
