Job Description
Müller's Solutions seeks a SAP SFSF ECP Consultant to implement and support payroll solutions for clients, working closely with HR teams to align payroll systems with client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and best practices in the SAP environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with integration of ECP payroll with other HR modules is preferred
- SAP certifications in SuccessFactors and ECP are a plus
