SAP SF Time Tracking Consultant (Remote)

Müller's Solutions is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to assist organizations with implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking/Time Management modules.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide solutions to client challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Relevant SAP certifications, particularly in SuccessFactors, are a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates.
