Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Platform Architect, specifically with ServiceNow
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules, capabilities, and architecture
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the effective engagement of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
