Machine Operator

MCC is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with print shop operations and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive compensation, including a starting pay of $19.50-$20.00/hour, plus shift differential and benefits package.

Requirements

• Operate a number of machines to help create labels and flexible packaging
• Continuously check for print and seam quality
• Remove defective material and splice the roll web back together
• Utilize a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedure
• Handle rolls and palletize them accordingly
• Assist in the performance of all external make-ready operations
• Assist in the performance of all external clean-up activities
• Comply with quality assurance specifications of the customer and MCC
• Complete quality assurance sheet and associated documentation
• Work overtime when needed and as assigned
• Record and enter data on designated paperwork and in the company operation system
