Job Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing site production operations, creating a safe and efficient work environment, and driving process improvement. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and a passion for exceeding customer and company expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent
- 10 years of staff level leadership experience
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in Operations Management and/or Lean Management
- Printing industry experience is preferred
- Experience in being a change agent in complex transformational activities
- Significant experience in implementation of Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced excel skills
