The Offset Press Operator is a critical member of the production team, responsible for safely operating offset printing equipment to manufacture high-quality labels that meet customer specifications.

Requirements

• Follow all plant and corporate safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through daily housekeeping.
• Perform press make-ready according to job tickets and product specifications, ensuring correct plates, inks, substrates, tooling, and press settings.
• Conduct all required press-side quality checks, including color, copy, registration, ink adhesion, and visual inspection.
• Perform routine press maintenance, including cleaning plates, cylinders, ink systems, and lubricating equipment as required.
• Accurately and timely enter material usage, downtime, and production data into the GlobeTek system.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, and productivity.
