Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Printer / Press Operator to join our team in Melbourne, operating advanced 6 and 8 colour Heidelberg presses with Cutstar reel-fed units. This is a permanent full-time role offering a compressed 3-day work week (36 hours).
Requirements
- Trade-qualified printer (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience operating multi-colour Heidelberg presses (Cutstar experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of colour management and print quality standards
- Ability to read and use colour measurement devices
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
- Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication and organisational skills
