Social Media Intern

The Social Media Intern will work alongside the Buffalo Sabres social media team, assisting in daily operations, game day responsibilities, and practice coverage. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating content, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Communications, Sports Management, Public Relations, or similar field
• Available to work evening, weekend, holiday hours as needed
• General understanding of social media platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube
• Strong attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• General knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere
• Passionate about customer service
• Dependable, willing to take initiative, and adapt to a variety of situations including a fast-paced environment
