Job Description
Multi Media, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Video Streaming team and own key parts of their unified video SDK and player platform.
Requirements
- Design and evolve a TypeScript-based video SDK and player core
- Define and maintain clean, stable APIs and events for playback, buffering, errors, track switching, and player state
- Build and improve high-performance playback paths and UI components for live and VOD
- Partner with backend and infrastructure teams to integrate the SDK with streaming protocols
- Add and refine viewer-side telemetry hooks
- Improve observability and debuggability of the video stack
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to roll out SDK changes safely
- Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of the video SDK
