The Integrated Mental Health Therapist (IMHT) works within a multidisciplinary team embedded in the primary care clinic and utilizes the Collaborative Care model of care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Mental Health Professional as defined within HB 1724 with one of these higher credentials: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), SW Independent Clinical Lic (LICSW)
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting
