Job Description
The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for front office duties, customer service, and discretion. Excellent customer service skills are required, and a high school degree or equivalent is preferred.
Requirements
- Post high school office procedures preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of clerical and/or receptionist experience; or six (6) months in a medical setting
- Customer service experience
