Outpatient Clinic Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at MultiCare Rockwood Clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and implement medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury. Requirements

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association or both;
• Licensed in the State of Washington as a physical therapist;
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification;
• Current Washington state driver's license;
• Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience;
• Minimum one (1) year of experience working with frail or elderly population preferred;
• Experience in Medicare Certified Home Health preferred;
