Job Description
The Population Health Quality Analyst is responsible for analysis of health care metrics ranging from ACO, MSSP & HEDIS/Stars, and creates routine quality measure performance reports. The analyst works in conjunction with the Manager of Population Health Quality, other analysts in the department, Risk Adjustment & Finance and supports operational departments as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Minimum two (2) years of experience analyzing health care quality measure data, including analyzing medical claims, utilization and financial data, preferably in a managed care environment
