Job Description
We're seeking an RN Case Manager to join our hospital-based team. This role will involve facilitating interdisciplinary plans of care and guiding patient progress toward achieving clinical, quality and cost-effective outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Current BLS/ACLS Certification
- Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in specialty area
