Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a mortgage branch and its sales team. As a Branch Manager, you will recruit, hire, and manage personnel, personally produce and maintain an active book of business, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of mortgage origination experience
- Prior leadership or management experience, ideally within mortgage banking or lending
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proved ability to recruit talented mortgage veterans
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and customer service skills
- Active NMLS license in good standing
