Field Service Technician

MULTIVAC, a leading provider of industrial packaging and processing machinery, seeks a traveling Field Technician in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will provide mechanical and technical support to customers, investigating and resolving technical issues with equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent technical school diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar discipline
• Two years field service, packaging, maintenance or related experience
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical, electronic and operational aspects of machines
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude and electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and machine shop skills
• Ability to work in high stress environments and maintain professionalism
• Self-starter with ability to work in unsupervised settings
