Multiverse is seeking a Senior Operational Quality Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for owning the health of a critical domain, driving decision making in ambiguity, and partnering with stakeholders to build trust and facilitate difficult conversations. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or quality assurance, ideally within a scaling or education environment.
