Job Description
The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office is seeking former MCSO Corrections Deputies to fill the newly-created position of On-Call Corrections Deputy. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing various duties such as booking, interviewing, and processing adults in custody, as well as conducting searches, releasing individuals from custody, and monitoring adult in custody movement and activity.
Requirements
- Must be a former MCCDA bargaining unit member that had successfully passed probation and worked for MCSO in the past 36 months.
- Must possess a valid driver's license by time of appointment.
- Must pass all applicable assessments and evaluations.
- Must complete all required training and requirements specific to the position as set forth by DPSST and MCSO
Benefits
- Pay Range: $37.54 - $47.52 Hourly
- Benefits to be determined by the number of completed years of corrections experience
- Oregon's pay equity law will be complied with
