Physician

We seek a visionary and dynamic leader who is creative in problem solving and contributes new ideas and solutions to the organization to join our team in Integrated Clinical Services. Our physicians provide comprehensive community and clinic health services directed towards the prevention of disease, the promotion of health, and the clients self care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine
• One (1) year residency in a primary care setting
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate and valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon and ability to obtain credentialing approval
• CPR Certification
