Job Description
Munchkin, a leading consumer product company, is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to manage the Distribution Center in Redlands, CA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of supervisory experience in an automated distribution/ manufacturing environment and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience
- 5+ years prior supervisory experience in an automated distribution/ manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (RF, WMS, Red Prairie, Exceed, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of good warehouse practices and principles, OSHA regulations, and efficient packing/repacking methods
- Strong computer skills (PC and main frame applications)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
