As a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) / Financial Accountant at Munters in Germany, you will be responsible for accurate and timely financial accounting, reporting, and process optimization in the Finance Team.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or study, ideally in the field of accounting/finance.
• Certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or comparable qualification.
• Efficient, structured, and stress-resistant working style with adherence to tight deadlines.
• Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking with experience in process improvement and optimization.
• Fluent in German; good English skills (at least B1).
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Digital competence and experience with ERP systems and financial software; excellent Excel skills.
