The Electrical Assembler will perform duties to process or prepare a limited range of components or subassemblies, working within the limits of prescribed routines and making minor decisions.
Requirements
- Work from job packet, production schedules, check lists, prints, instructions, procedures, and similar documentation.
- Evaluate assembly drawings, bills of material or prints to plan the steps of assembling and fabricating parts and units.
- Fit, align, adjust, drill, cut off, and assemble purchased parts to produce a limited range of components in accordance with prescribed processes.
- Perform duties to process or prepare a limited range of components or subassemblies, where work is repetitive with some change in dimension and configuration.
- Ensure proper operation of or completeness of finished work product and make required adjustments following prescribed procedures.
- Perform production work in a safe and efficient manner.
