Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead all financial and accounting activities for the Humidity Control Technologies (HCT) Business Line in Italy. The role requires a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities, and well-organized, precise, and able to balance multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally in an international environment
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and payroll management
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Italy
- Hands-on experience with audits, risk handling, and treasury operations
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
- Previous leadership experience required
