Munters is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in Moordrecht, Netherlands. The role involves advising customers on HVAC and climate solutions, applying consultative sales techniques, and developing sustainable customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, and experience in the HVAC industry. Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and/or industrial cooling, with an interest in climate control and related technologies
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in an international customer environment
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build relationships and recognize commercial opportunities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a structured approach and a sense of planning
• Flexible team player with a solutions-focused attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region and flexibility in working hours to meet customer deadlines
