Job Description
Muon is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team, known for its 'hands-on' and 'systems-focused' approach to design. This role will focus on structural data, dynamics, thermal design, and supply chain management, acting as a 'force multiplier' collaborating with other engineering disciplines. The position requires on-site work at their Mountain View location.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience designing/building/testing flight hardware
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Dedication to data-driven conclusions
- Basic stress and dynamic analyses (hand calcs, simple FEM)
