Murad is looking for a People Operations Manager to partner closely with the VP, HR & Strategy and the Director of People Operations & Culture in driving key HR programs, advising leaders, and supporting the employee experience across the organization.
Requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders
- Partner with managers across the organization to provide guidance on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and team dynamics
- Work closely with the HRBP and HR Generalist to provide guidance, share expertise, and ensure alignment across employee relations, HR operations, and people programs
- Conduct and support workplace investigations, manage sensitive employee situations, and help resolve complex people issues
- Support performance and talent management programs, including review cycles, calibration processes, and performance improvement planning
- Support compensation programs, including merit increases, bonus planning, and calibration processes
- Strengthen HR operations, compliance, and leave administration
- Partner on employee engagement initiatives
- Own and optimize HR systems and data
