The Sales and Education Executive is a retail, education, and client-centric role, responsible for achieving sales targets, cultivating relationships, and building brand awareness.
Requirements
- Drives sales to meet metrics
- Develop territory strategy to maximize sell-through of inventory
- Plans and executes events to sales goals
- Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly sales
- Prepares business reviews with leadership team
- Create product demonstration plans for product launches
- Educate and train store staff on Murad brand knowledge and product demonstration
- Plan and execute quarterly meetings with Store Management, District Managers, Department Managers, and District Trainers
- Strong presentation skills both one on one and with larger groups
- Ability to adapt training to individual skill sets
- Self-motivated to lead and represent Murad in the best light possible with retail partners
- Communicates sales and ranking with store leadership during visits, calls, and meetings
- Collect and report any out-of-stock situation to National Account Managers
- Responsible for thoughtful spending and accurate weekly submission of the T &E budget
- Support execution and following up regarding merchandise linear, case line, and secondary location according to Merchandising guidelines and Retail Plan o Gram
- Manages freelance team and budget ethically
- Responsible for the daily recap and assigned missions with “Go Spot Check”
- Uses tools, gratis, samples, and education materials as instructed by leadership
- Makes the best use of tools such as IPADs, Skin tools to support and drive the business
