Intern, RFIC Design - Summer 2026

pSemi Corporation is seeking an intern to assist engineers in designing, developing, and characterizing high-performance RFICs for high-volume RFFE products. The candidate will contribute to the development of next-generation RFIC solutions for 5G NR, emerging 6G technologies, and LTE-A cellular handsets.

Requirements

• Hands on use of RF measurement equipment to validate performance of CMOS RF ICs.
• RF measurements – NF, IP3, IP2, matching using smith charts, time domain measurements etc.
• Knowledge of analog and RF IC Design.
• Familiarity with analog & RF IC layout techniques.
• Strength in documentation clarity and completeness.
