As a Staff Device Engineer, you will lead the development of physics-based models to advance acoustic resonator performance, manufacturability, and reliability. You will work closely with the RF designer team, technology team, and software engineers to apply this deeper device-level insight toward the development of high-performance RF filters for mass production.
Requirements
- Masterâs or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of industry experience in device engineering, RF/acoustics, modeling, or semiconductor/MEMS.
- Strong expertise in acoustic/RF device modeling (XBAR, SAW, BAW, MEMS).
- Proficient with Python, MATLAB, and FEM tools such as COMSOL or FEMTET.
- Able to lead cross-functional technical efforts and influence design or technology decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
